2024-Current Lexus GX550/Toyota Land Cruiser/2025-Current 4Runner Titanium Axle Dump Exhaust Installation Guide

Before the installation, remove the spare tire (refer to the owner’s manual) and jack up the left side of the vehicle slightly to provide enough room for the installation.

Unbolt the two bolts/nuts that hold the axle back section of the OEM exhaust, then remove the OEM axle back exhaust from the rubber hangers.

Remove the OEM exhaust ring. (LC250/4Runner on the left and GX550 on the right shown in the first picture.)

Install the titanium exhaust hanger rod onto the NYTOP titanium exhaust tip.

Slide the axle dump pipe over the axle and insert the hanger rod into the OEM rubber hangers.

For GX550 only: install the provided exhaust flange spacer with its beveled side facing the OEM exhaust flange, before installing the NYTOP axle dump pipe.

Tighten up the provided M10 bolts and nuts (picture showing LC250).
