Install the recovery points with two larger washers in-between the frame and the recovery point per bolt location, and one smaller washer at each end of every bolt and nut, as shown in the pictures.

Adjust the recovery points to desired position, and torque down all the bolts to 75 ft-lbs./101 Nm. on SR, SR5, TRD Prerunner and TRD Sport; and 146 ft-lbs./198 Nm. on TRD Off-road, TRD-Pro and Trailhunter.
