Toyota/Lexus TNGA-F Lower Control Arm Skid Plate Kit Installation Guide
This installation guide applies to NYTOP Lower Control Arm Skid Plate Kits for all Toyota/Lexus TNGA-F platform trucks and SUV’s, which include:
2022-Current Toyota Tundra
2023-Current Toyota Sequoia
2024-Current Toyota Tacoma
2024-Current Lexus GX550
2024-Current Toyota Land Cruiser (LC250)
2025-Current Toyota 4Runner
A preview of the Lower Control Arm Skid Plate (GX550 version shown).
Position each of the skid plates to the underside of each lower control arm, with the NYTOP logo facing forward. Insert each of the bolts into the 3 bolt locations, with a smaller washer on the bolt.
Use a bigger washer and a nut to secure each bolt from the top side of the control arm. A medium strength threadlocker is recommended.
Torque down all the M10 bolts to 48 ft-lbs./65 Nm.
