Shipping, Returns & Order Policy

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Products are categorized as:
In-Stock Items – ship immediately
Made-to-Order / Production Items – subject to stated lead times (typically 8–14 weeks)
Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on size and availability.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled any time before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
For made-to-order items:
If cancellation is requested after production has reasonably begun, NYTOP reserves the right to deny cancellation or apply additional fees at its discretion.
3. Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once shipped.
NYTOP is not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Delivery issues once marked as delivered
If an issue occurs:
NYTOP will assist in filing claims with the carrier and investigating the issue.
In case of theft, customer may be required to:
Check with neighbors / property
Provide security footage if available
File a police report
Important:
NYTOP may, at its discretion, offer replacement, partial refund, or discounted replacement as a courtesy.
Customer responsibilities:
Inspect packages upon delivery
Report damage immediately at delivery or within 48 hours
4. International Orders
Customers are responsible for:
Import duties
Taxes
Brokerage fees
These fees are not included in shipping costs.
Refused shipments:
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties/taxes:
Customer is responsible for:
Original outbound shipping cost
Return shipping cost
Any carrier or customs fees incurred
Refund (if any) will be:
Order value minus all above costs
5. Returns (Non-Defective Items)
All returns require an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Eligibility
Must be requested within 30 days of delivery
Item must be:
Unused
Uninstalled
In original packaging
In resellable condition
Non-returnable items (unless defective)
Made-to-order / production items
Installed or used products
Modified or damaged items
Clearance / final sale items
Refund & Fees
Refund is issued after item is received and inspected
Subject to:
Up to 30% restocking/handling fee
Original shipping cost (non-refundable)
Return shipping cost (customer responsibility)
6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
To submit a claim, email contact@nytop.com with:
Order number
Description of issue
Photos (required)
Product Damage
Packaging Damage
Shipping Label(s)
Product SKU Label (for Incorrect Items)
Reporting Timeline
Shipping damage: within 48 hours of delivery
Product defects: within 7 days of delivery
Resolution
If the issue is confirmed, NYTOP will, at its discretion:
Replace the item, OR
Provide store credit or a refund
No restocking fee applies to confirmed defective or incorrect items.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as:
Return of original item + new order placement
Customer is responsible for:
Return shipping
Shipping cost for replacement item
8. Fitment & Installation Responsibility
Customer is responsible for:
Verifying compatibility before purchase
Proper installation
Professional installation is recommended.
The following are not valid reasons for return:
Installation errors
Shop opinions or preferences
Minor fitment variation due to manufacturing tolerances
9. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued:
After returned item is received and inspected
Processing time:
5–10 business days after refund is initiated
Refunds are issued to original payment method
10. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers must contact NYTOP before initiating a dispute
If a chargeback is filed:
NYTOP will submit:
Delivery confirmation
Policy agreement at checkout
Communication records
Accounts may be:
Restricted from future purchases
11. Abuse / Policy Violations
NYTOP reserves the right to:
Refuse returns that do not meet policy
Deny service for:
Fraudulent claims
Threats or coercion
Misuse of products
