Shipping, Returns & Order Policy

Effective Date: Apr 1, 2026

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Products are categorized as:

    1. In-Stock Items – ship immediately

    2. Made-to-Order / Production Items – subject to stated lead times (typically 8–14 weeks)

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on size and availability.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled any time before shipment.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • For made-to-order items:

    • If cancellation is requested after production has reasonably begun, NYTOP reserves the right to deny cancellation or apply additional fees at its discretion.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once shipped.

  • NYTOP is not responsible for:

    1. Carrier delays

    2. Delivery issues once marked as delivered

If an issue occurs:

  • NYTOP will assist in filing claims with the carrier and investigating the issue.

  • In case of theft, customer may be required to:

    1. Check with neighbors / property

    2. Provide security footage if available

    3. File a police report

Important:
NYTOP may, at its discretion, offer replacement, partial refund, or discounted replacement as a courtesy.

Customer responsibilities:

  • Inspect packages upon delivery

  • Report damage immediately at delivery or within 48 hours

4. International Orders

Customers are responsible for:

  1. Import duties

  2. Taxes

  3. Brokerage fees

  • These fees are not included in shipping costs.

Refused shipments:

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties/taxes:

  • Customer is responsible for:

    1. Original outbound shipping cost

    2. Return shipping cost

    3. Any carrier or customs fees incurred

Refund (if any) will be:

  • Order value minus all above costs

5. Returns (Non-Defective Items)

All returns require an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

To request a return, email contact@nytop.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Eligibility

  • Must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must be:

    1. Unused

    2. Uninstalled

    3. In original packaging

    4. In resellable condition

Non-returnable items (unless defective)

  • Made-to-order / production items

  • Installed or used products

  • Modified or damaged items

  • Clearance / final sale items

Refund & Fees

  • Refund is issued after item is received and inspected

  • Subject to:

    1. Up to 30% restocking/handling fee

    2. Original shipping cost (non-refundable)

    3. Return shipping cost (customer responsibility)

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

To submit a claim, email contact@nytop.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

  • Photos (required)

    1. Product Damage

    2. Packaging Damage

    3. Shipping Label(s)

    4. Product SKU Label (for Incorrect Items)

Reporting Timeline

  • Shipping damage: within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product defects: within 7 days of delivery

Resolution

If the issue is confirmed, NYTOP will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the item, OR

  • Provide store credit or a refund

No restocking fee applies to confirmed defective or incorrect items.

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed as:

    1. Return of original item + new order placement

  • Customer is responsible for:

    1. Return shipping

    2. Shipping cost for replacement item

8. Fitment & Installation Responsibility

  • Customer is responsible for:

    1. Verifying compatibility before purchase

    2. Proper installation

  • Professional installation is recommended.

The following are not valid reasons for return:

  • Installation errors

  • Shop opinions or preferences

  • Minor fitment variation due to manufacturing tolerances

9. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued:

    • After returned item is received and inspected

  • Processing time:

    • 5–10 business days after refund is initiated

  • Refunds are issued to original payment method

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Customers must contact NYTOP before initiating a dispute

If a chargeback is filed:

  • NYTOP will submit:

    1. Delivery confirmation

    2. Policy agreement at checkout

    3. Communication records

  • Accounts may be:

    1. Restricted from future purchases

11. Abuse / Policy Violations

NYTOP reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet policy

  • Deny service for:

    1. Fraudulent claims

    2. Threats or coercion

    3. Misuse of products
