Product Weight: 50 lbs Our Not Your Typical Skid Plate Assembly for the Ford Bronco is TIG welded from 1/4-inch aluminum, providing protection for the engine and transmission while also functioning as a catalytic converter shield. The system also provides protection for Broncos equipped with the optional electronic sway bar disconnect unit. The modular 3-piece design allows individual sections to be removed for easier access during service and maintenance.

INSTALLation & USAGE

All necessary mounting hardware included. DO NOT use the skid plates as jacking points. The vehicle may only be lifted at the frame-supported area located at the overlap between the second and third skid plates (catalytic converter shield). Do not jack from any other area of the skid plate system. Torque all M8 bolts to 21 ft-lbs / 29 Nm and M10 bolts to 48 ft-lbs / 65 Nm.
