Product Weight (Per Ring): 5.25 lbs. Max load rating is 2,850 lbs. per wheel. Our Beadlock Rings are CNC machined forged 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum. These rings allow you to mount tires on our beadlock capable wheels for off-road use. All necessary mounting hardware included.

INSTALLation & USAGE
Our proprietary beadlock ring design is engineered for a smoother, more efficient mounting process. Unlike traditional setups that require pry bars to seat the tire bead into the wheel face, our rings feature a self-guiding profile that gradually draws the bead into place as you tighten the bolts. Install the provided aluminum shims as necessary to ensure proper fitment based on tire bead thickness. Install the shorter bolt in the threaded hole directly above the valve stem for valve stem clearance. Torque down all the M10 bolts to 32 ft-lbs./43 Nm. in a star pattern. Mounting the tire bead onto the beadlock ring will decrease the offset by 13.5 mm.
