Product Weight: 53 lbs. (Aluminum) / 58 lbs. (Steel). Fits all trim levels. Our 6th Gen Toyota 4Runner Hybrid Bumper is made from 3/16-inch high-strength steel and finished in wrinkled black powder coat for durability, providing an extra layer of protection while replacing the lower plastic valance. A lightweight aluminum version in silver is also available. The Hybrid Bumper is designed to provide additional protection without cutting or trimming, making it ideal for mild to medium off-road use. It does not replace the OEM crash bar or bumper beam, distinguishing it as a hybrid bumper rather than a full metal bumper. (This is unrelated to the vehicle’s powertrain.) The front recovery points, which the Hybrid Bumper mounts to, are made from 5/8-inch high-strength steel and finished in black or red powder coat for durability. They mount directly to the main rail and bumper beam, providing protection for the OEM bumper and recovery towing points. Our Hybrid Bumper does not affect or alter the safety standards of the vehicle. Working Load Limit 11,000 lbs. when using a bridle.

All necessary mounting hardware included. No cutting or trimming is required, however installation will require the removal of the front air dam/spoiler as well as the bumper cover from the vehicle. These front recovery points allow you to mount any standard 3/4-inch D-rings, or soft shackles for emergency off-road recovery. We recommend the use of a bridle while using these recovery points in off-road situations.
